Olivia on the red carpet at the 50th Country Music Awards, interviewed by People magazine. Country music played an instrumental part in her career and to receive the 1974 CMA award for best female vocalist was overwhelming, even though Olivia was in London at the time of the ceremony.
Olivia discusses the controversy surrounding this 1974 win and the interviewer mentions Charlie Rich tearing up the card with John Denver's win back in 1975, Olivia hasn't heard of this before. However, she does remember opening for Charlie Rich in Las Vegas in 1974.
