Released for its 45th anniversary on two vinyl Olivia's first Greatest Hits compilation. This version incorporates all the tracks from the various 1977/1978 Greatest Hits releases in North America, Europe, Japan, Australia and South America.
Unfortunately, the centrefold photo has been flipped from right to left compared to the original (but it is correct in the CD releases).
Greatest Hits 45th Anniversary was also released on CD.
There was a limited double color vinyl LP edition released in Target Stores only, combining some of the tracks from this release and Olivia's second Greatest Hits release.
