All tracks, except the John Travolta duet White Christmas, are reimagined
from Olivia's 2007 Christmas Wish album.
For some of the tracks Olivia's vocals have been auto tuned. Whilst it could be argued that some of Olivia's Christmas songs may have benefited from a more upbeat feel altering Olivia's voice on non dance music, in my opinion, is not to be recommended. Mess with Olivia's unique voice at your peril! However, opinions of course differ on this.
Sam Hollander produced this album but it would have been interesting if Amy Sky had been given the job of reimagining
her Christmas Wish album. She gave her permission for this project (maybe she felt obligated?) but tellingly she had nothing to do with the production, a fact she made known on Facebook.
The cover art is a colourized, touched-up image of Olivia, originally photographed at Lord Lichfield's home Shugborough, Staffordshire, 2nd October 1973. The original black and white image is shown above.
The album was also issued on white vinyl.
