I try to exercise every day but am always careful about my skincare.
Exercising while wearing make-up may lead to spots, always cleanse your skin thoroughly first.
Working up a sweat with clean skin is a double facial cleanse.
Tie your hair back to protect your face from styling products and oil from your hair.
After I work out, I wash my face and gently blot dry with a clean towel.
I then apply a moisturiser with a high SPF.
