Olivia Newton-John has opened her third Koala Blue store and is reaping success as a businesswoman.
The stunning actress Olivia Newton-John has just opened her third Koala Blue store in California. To celebrate, she and her business partner, Pat Farrar, traveled to Orange County and threw a fun Australian-themed party. She also took the opportunity to announce her ambitious plans.
More than two hundred guests attended the Australian party,
where a fantastic atmosphere reigned, thanks to the presence of an emu named Daphne,
the rhythm set by an Australian indigenous orchestra, the beauty of an original distillery, and an exquisite menu of vegetables
and other specialties from the fifth continent.
Olivia Newton-John and her partner Pat Farrar took advantage of some time between dancing, the distillery, and the meal to introduce their manager and new business partner, David Sidell, who revealed some details of the ambitious expansion plan that envisions the opening of one hundred and twenty Koala Blue stores around the world over the next three years.
Sidell also explained that a contract has already been signed in Canada for twenty-six stores and that negotiations are underway for the installation of others in Mexico, Japan, Hawaii, Colorado, and along the east coast of the United States.
Olivia, for her part, took advantage of the unique occasion of this opening to present the sportswear line, created by a design team working under the actress and her partner.
The designs, which stand out for their vibrant colors and original prints inspired by Australian flora and fauna, will be sold exclusively in Koala Blue stores.
Pat and I are very happy to be able to present our sportswear line in our most beautiful store,
said Newton-John. This Orange County store will serve as a prototype for the other stores that will open around the world. The new store, modeled after the famous Los Angeles store, features a wide assortment of Australian merchandise, including sportswear and accessories, T-shirts, books, stickers, watches, costume jewelry, as well as gifts and typical foods.
A small Australian bar was recently added, serving all kinds of smoothies and snacks.
Among the party guests were Diana Stirling from the Koala Blue design team, Rona Newton-John, Christopher Atkins, and Sarah Purcell, not forgetting little Chloe, Olivia's beautiful daughter.
Despite the overwhelming success of the Koala Blue chain, its founders, Olivia Newton-John and Pat Farrar, have insisted on being actively involved in all creative aspects of the business. They are committed to selling only merchandise in their stores that reflects the character and atmosphere of their native Australia. Above all, they have focused on designing fun, colorful, comfortable, and wearable fashion.
