Things are back in full swing in Gstaad, Switzerland; it’s teeming with jet-set figures.
Blake Edwards and his wife Julie Andrews, director Roman Polanski, Roger Moore, Gunther Sachs, the Grimaldi family of Monaco, Liz Taylor and her new fiancé Dennis Stein.
They are all spending the winter in their chalets in Gstaad again. Newcomers this year are Victoria Principal and her fiancé Dr. Harry Glassman and Olivia Newton-John with her new husband Matt Lattanzi (who was skiing busily when this photo was taken).
In keeping with tradition, the newcomers, lacking their own chalet, stay at the exorbitantly expensive Palace Hotel. This hotel is where all the jet-setters gather in the evenings for a drink.
