Winona State College performance
Olivia Newton-John, international recording artist, will present a concert Sunday at 7:30 p.m. at Somsen Auditorium, Winona State College.
Winona State College students will be admitted free of charge with identification cards. Tickets for the public will be sold at the door. The doors will open at 7 p.m. for WSC students and at 7:15 p.m. for the public.
Olivia Newton-John was born in Wales and grew up in Australia. She began her career in London as part of a duet and later recorded for her first single, “If Not for You,” which became an international success. She has appeared on several British television shows and is currently touring the United States. Her latest hit record is “Let Me Be There.”
In addition to television and tour appearances, Miss Newton-John has also co-starred in a British film.
