The difference between this British lady and real country or country-rock is the difference between frozen supermarket cheesecake and the genuine delicatessen variety. If you’ve had the real item, these sugar-substitute cover versions of Me And Bobby McGee, Take Me Home Country Roads, Angel of the Morning and If Could Read Your Mind just won’t do.
