This was a concert with a purpose, designed to provide food, health care, shelter and education for the children in greatest need in 100 developing countries around the globe. The performers involved donated a copyright or the royalties from a song to benefit UNICEF, hoping to further the organization's vital work while inspiring others to do the same.
The MUSIC FOR UNICEF Concert was televised internationally, beamed out to some 70 countries.
