Olivia Newton-John looked happy and relaxed as she played with her 11-year old daughter, Chloe, in California before leaving for Australia. While here she performed at the inaugural Super League Grand Final last weekend, singing favourites from Grease, her 20-year-old movie hit.

Last week in Sydney, Olivia told NW she was working on a country music album and had her fingers crossed for a TV sitcom. “I hope it all works out as it will help me give Chloe a more regular lifestyle.” Chloe stands a good chance of following in her mum’s footsteps, says her grandma, Olivia’s mum, Irena. “She has a really good voice. I think she’d like to go into showbiz but I hope she finishes school first. She may well find out there’s something else she’d like to do.”
